Política de Devolución: Si usted no estuviera satisfecho con su producto, con mucho gusto aceptaremos la devolución del mismo bajo los siguientes términos: No se reembolsara el pago. Le daremos un crédito para que pueda elegir otro producto. Las devoluciones deben hacerse dentro de los primeros 7 días después de recibir su mercancía. El artículo debe estar fechado por el correo dentro de ese periodo. Producto debe estar debidamente empacado y en perfecto estado. Comprador es responsable del pago del envío. Shipping & Delivery 

 Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Saturday after 12 PM CT will begin processing on the following Monday. Shop Avarcas PR will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

 Return Policy 
 Please note, STORE CREDIT ONLY 

Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions. 
 Please note the "FINAL SALE" items listed above will not be accepted for return/exchange.

All full-price shoes may be exchanged for another size or a store credit as long as not worn and they are returned in the original shoe box. The original shoe box is not to be used as the means of return shipment, but it must be returned inside another shipping box. If original shoe box is damaged or not returned we will not accept the item for return and will return to the customer at their expense by charging the original credit card used for purchase 

  Merchandise must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt of purchase. 
  Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. 
  Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
  Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Damages to or omission of   this box may result in a fee. 
  Merchandise may not be returned if they are on sale, discounted or part of a special order.  
  Merchandise may not be from a store. 
  Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
  All sales are final when purchasing a sale item and/or when using a promotional code in your purchase order 

  Pre-Orders 
  Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order   items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us   by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full      amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on preorder items, but for online credits only that can be   used on future purchases. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.  

 Online Credits 

A customer will be issued an online credit within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of returned items; It has no expiration date and can be used online only.   

To use your online credit, simply place a new order and in the comments section during checkout simply write “Online Credit” The total amount of your order will be adjusted once we receive the order, it will not be reflected on your order and an updated order will be emailed to you the following business day until we adjust it. 

  Cancellations
 Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

 Coupon Code Restrictions
 Coupon codes cannot be applied to Sale items.
 Coupon codes cannot be combined.

 FINAL SALE ITEMS

 Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must email sales@shoopsplash.com customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

 The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, Exchanges and store credits will be processed within 2 business days after receipt of merchandise. Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail store

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Splash will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. 

Please be sure to include your order ID and name on the outside of your return. The order ID can be found at the top of your packing slip.

 We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
